Houston Youth
Soccer Association (HYSA) is a member organization of a hierarchy of organizations which govern recreational
and competitive youth soccer in the United States, providing
a reasonably uniform set of rules and levels of play for the players.
HYSA's great-great-grandparent is FIFA, which
sanctions the USSF, which sanctions
the United States Youth Soccer Association, which in turn sanctions the
STYSA, HYSA's
immediate parent organization.
